ATM/Debit Card

Replace your checks with the convenience of plastic that withdraws directly from your checking account. Use at any location that displays a MasterCard logo for point-of-sale purchases, or at any ATM that displays the MasterCard, Maestro or Cirrus logos.
 


To report a lost or stolen Franklin First ATM or Debit/Check Card call 1-413-774-6700 during regular Credit Union hours. After hours call 1-800-264-5578.

 

 

Insurance Protection

Money on deposit at Franklin First is fully insured (up to $250,000, backed by the NCUSIF). We are chartered by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a federal agency, and are examined annually.
 

 

 

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is a convenient and smart way to manage your money. You decide how much money goes into each of your accounts. You can allocate deposits into any account: Checking, Savings, Money Market, IRA, Christmas or Vacation Club. You can also use Direct Deposit to make payments on your loan or VISA account.

 

What is Direct Deposit?


When you sign-up for direct deposit, your paycheck is sent electronically to your savings or checking account and is ready instantly for you to use. We accept direct deposits sent by your employer through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system.

Not all employers allow direct deposit, check with your employer’s benefits department to enroll.

Never bounce a check again! You may apply for any or all of the following: a Line of Credit (loan), an automatic transfer from savings, or our OOPS!™ Overdraft Privilege Program. Contact us for details.
