Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure 

Now you can check balances and recent transactions, transfer funds and pay bills from your mobile device, 24/7. Mobile Banking is available through your phone or tablet’s browser, using a free downloadable app.  With our “triple play” mobile banking options, there is something for everyone.


Mobile Apps allow you to use our Online Banking site in a mobile-friendly environment.  Nearly all the features in our standard Online Banking site are available for your convenience, including paying a bill, transferring funds, checking balance, etc. through our free app.  Our Mobile Banking solutions are free, but standard rates and fees may apply from your wireless carrier.

Before you use the app for the first time:

  • You must have a registered username and password for Online Banking. Not signed up yet? Click Here! 
  • Download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Use the icons for each of these Apps for download buttons and link them.   

We have also upgraded the Franklin First Mobile App to feature Fingerprint Verification and Facial Recognition.  You will need iOS 9.0 or later for iPhone and Version 4.4 or later for Android. To utilize fingerprint, your mobile device will also need to have the capability for fingerprint scan. Additionally, the mobile app will need access to your camera and microphone for face recognition.

Why drive to the bank when Remote Check Deposit provides the flexibility and convenience of depositing checks on your schedule using the Franklin First Mobile app on your Apple or Android smartphone? It’s a free service that’s as easy as taking a picture with your phone!

  1. Open and log in to your Mobile Banking app
  2. Select “Deposit a Check.”
  3. Important!  Endorse back of the check. Sign it and put “For mobile deposit only” AND add your account number.
  4. Snap photos of both sides of your check.
  5. Submit the check for deposit.

You’ll receive rapid confirmation that your images have successfully been uploaded and your deposit is being processed.  Franklin First Remote Check Deposit features multiple security levels and controls making the process actually safer than physically transporting a check.  Processing cut-off time is 4pm any business day.  Funds Availability—All checks have a 2-day hold.  First $300 made available at time check posts to account.

eStatements are the quickest and safest way to view your monthly account statement(s).  Enjoy these benefits!

  • No waiting for mailed paper statements.
  • Statements are online usually the first day of the month – at least one week before mailed statements arrive.
  • Save a tree by reducing paper waste!
  • View your account and credit card statements online in a secure environment, 24/7.
  • An e-mail will let you know when your statement is available online.
  • You can access at least 24 months of history online.  Statements can be saved to a folder on your computer for your record-keeping purposes.
  • eBills are another added feature.  Simply view your bills on-line and pay them online!
