Online Banking Customer Service is available 24/7 via telephone at (866) 987-7609 or through the messaging portal within your online banking.
Touch Tone Teller
Activate Telephone Banking Services using our Touch-Tone Teller:
The first time you call our Touch-Tone Teller line you will be asked to enter your personal information to verify your identity.
You will then be given instructions to create a new PIN (personal identification number).
Enter your savings or checking account number, followed by the # sign.
The Teller will guide you through any further steps you may need to take.
Fraud Protection
The possibility of falling victim to a data breach, credit card fraud, or identity theft can cause worry. With Kasasa Protect, you have access to a full range of personal defense. For Kasasa checking account holders, protection is $7.99 per month ($12.99 for all other account holders.) The monthly fee is automatically drafted from your checking account so your coverage does not lapse.

You may use your Franklin First card surcharge-free at any ATM displaying a MoneyPass® or SUM™ logo.
MoneyPass® or SUM™ logo locations can be found coast-to-coast in the U.S. Make deposits and enjoy unlimited free access to your accounts at our ATM at 57 Newton Street, Greenfield. Unlimited free cash withdrawals are available at other Franklin First ATMs in Franklin County. At ATMs not owned by Franklin First, you may make six free transactions per month (including account inquiries). After that, a fee will be charged for each transaction to cover fees billed to us by participating networks.
